My principles:
Family first.
True happiness comes from having people you love, and who love you, by your side.
‍Money, power, and fame are just tools.
They won’t bring lasting happiness if chased for their own sake. Use them wisely, but never let them define you.
‍Be careful who you let close.
Most people you meet won’t become true friends or allies. Choose your circle wisely and protect your peace.
‍Be yourself and value the present.
Life feels best when you’re true to yourself and fully appreciate the moment—and the people in it.
‍Focus on self-improvement.
Own your mistakes. Learn from them. Growth comes from honesty with yourself.
‍Never give up on yourself or your family.
Everything else - dreams, goals, even ambitions - you can let go of if needed. New ones will always come. But never give up on yourself or those you love.

My current work priorities:
1. Building the European Policy Innovation Council (EPIC), to open up the elitist Brussels bubble political echo chamber to real social engagement.
2. Building and growing two publishing and networking projects BalticWind.EU - a platform for the wind energy industry in the Baltic Sea region -and EUinsider.EU - a platform making the EU policy debate more open and inclusive for Europeans.
3. Writing a weekly column about the Brussels political bubble for Poland's top business news site XYZ.pl
4. My PhD.
5. A book project.

My background:
My academic background spans German Studies (University of Warsaw) and Political Science & History (Humboldt University in Berlin), along with executive programs in Leadership in Global Business & Politics (Yale University) and Regulatory Strategy (London School of Economics).

Throughout my career, I’ve collaborated with some of the world’s most recognised brands like Google, Virgin Mobile, Harvard, and HBO and earned awards such as the Media Trendy Award, UEFA KISS Marketing Award, and Digital Communication Award. In 2024, I was named one of the Top 50 EU Influencers on LinkedIn, recognising my role in shaping the Brussels policy conversation.

But beyond work, I’m first and foremost a father of four. I’m a strong advocate for equal parenting rights and responsibilities, promoting a world where fatherhood is valued equally—no matter the family structure. This belief shapes both my personal life and my broader mission: to foster more fairness, balance, and understanding in society.
